Pray for Samuel (as he lives out his Eurocentric-outdated-inane existence).

The purpose of this blog is to build up an army of prayer warriors who will lift me up as I minister in Taiwan. I am planning on posting requests once weekly. I'm asking y'all to please take time in your devotions to bring these requests before the Father and ask Him to work His will in each situation.

Hey, yup, it's been forever. And I don't feel guilty about it. Because the internet at the dorm has been down forever and I hate sitting in the smoke at the internet cafe. Sometimes I have to leave without even finishing checking my email because of the smoke. I can't stand it.

At any rate, keep praying for Douglass. He is really, really close. Pray for BJ as she gets ready for college starting next month. Pray for Kuyu who is with us for a few more days and then goes back to Kinmen. Pray that I will redeam the little bit of time I have here with my family. Pray for my foot to heal, because I ripped a big peice of skin off it two days ago.

Love you guys, bye!

Yes, no updates for a long time. Because no internet at the dorm for a long time. Very annoying. But...big big big time prayer request. Last Monday night Douglas, one of our high school friends, had a birthday party. As is tradition over here, he made three wishes. His third one was that he could become a Christian some day. We've been praying for and witnessing to him for a long time now and he's really close to trusting Jesus: please pray!

Also, cool news. Remember when I asked you guys to pray for the TA's who were helping us during winter camps? Turns out one of them was saved two months ago! He' in Kinmen now helping with camps: in fact he is my TA. It's so cool to see him up early every morning reading his Bible. He's really on fire. Your prayers really do make a difference!
